Manufacturing of Quick-change blow moulds for a Global Soft-Drink Company for Multiple Franchises Across India
Manufacturing of Blow Moulds for Linear, high-speed blowers for a Leading Indian Bottled Water Brand
The 6-month project involved the design and approval of bottles across six pack sizes—200 ml, 250 ml, 300 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml, and 2000 ml. The project included the manufacturing of 30+ moulds with over 200 cavities for six high-speed linear blow moulders. First-mould validation was coordinated with the machine manufacturer to ensure compatibility and performance, followed by parallel mould production and direct-to-site dispatch across six locations in India, enabling efficient and timely project execution.
Replacement of Shell Holders on a France-Made Rotary Blower at an MNC’s North India Factory
The 6-month project, from initiation to final delivery, involved the precise replacement of mould holders designed specifically for the customer’s high-speed rotary blower. The project included the manufacturing and validation of a pilot set, followed by scaled production of 14+1 sets in total. Deliveries were executed in phases, carefully aligned with the customer’s operational timeline to ensure uninterrupted production and smooth implementation.
Manufacturing of Blow Moulds for a Leading Global Beverage Company in Latin America
The 12-week project involved the design and validation of bottles across the complete pack range, from 200 ml to 3 litres, covering still water, sparkling water, and carbonated beverages. The project included the manufacturing of 98 moulds for a French-made high-speed rotary blower equipped with 14 moulding stations. In addition to the moulds, critical spares such as stretch rods and stopper pieces were supplied to ensure reliable machine operation and comprehensive project support.
The 18-month project, executed through phased delivery, involved the design and development of seven bottle variants, including round, square, and specially designed premium pack formats. The project included the manufacturing of moulds for high-speed linear blowers in 8-, 10-, and 12-cavity configurations, totalling 80 cavities. Manufacturing and deliveries were carried out in phases, closely aligned with the customer’s rollout schedule over the 18-month period, ensuring smooth and timely project execution.
The 6-month project involved the design and approval of five bottle variants for both carbonated soft drinks and non-carbonated fruit drinks. The project included the manufacturing of 85 moulds across machines with 10-, 12-, 16-, and 22-cavity configurations, deployed across three factories in South India. First-mould validation was coordinated to support downstream change-part development, followed by parallel mould manufacturing and synchronized dispatch to ensure efficient and timely deployment across all locations.
